KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM February 14, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others In -Person: Jeremy Johnston and Jeremiah Cromie, Community <br />Development Services; Josh Fredrickson, Arden Thomas, and Candie <br />Leader, Public Works and two (2) members of the public. <br />Others via WebEx: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Jessica <br />Miller, Community Development Services and three (3) members of <br />the public. <br />At 1:30 pm Chairman Osiadacz opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION AND DECISION FOR THE RONALD PUD FINAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN (RZ-07-00017) <br />CDS Planner Jeremiah Cromie provided a presentation regarding <br />the Ronald PUD Final Development Plan RZ-07-00017. Staff has <br />reviewed the development plan and finds that the conditions have <br />been met or are in the process of being met prior to final plat <br />approval. Staff recommends approval of the final development <br />plan. This is a closed record hearing, there will be no comments <br />taken from the public. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the Ronald PUD Final <br />Development Plan RZ-07-00017 as presented and direct staff to <br />prepare enabling documents. Chair Osiadacz seconded. Discussion <br />- CDS Planner Cromie stated the enabling documents have been <br />prepared for and submitted to the Commissioners. Motion passed <br />2-0. <br />DISCUSS PROPOSED CODE AMENDMENT FOR LOT COMBINATION FOR BUILDING <br />PURPOSES <br />CDS Planning Official Jeremy Johnston stated that CDS is looking <br />into initiating a docket cycle amendment to Title 16 this <br />2022-2-14 MINUTES 1 <br />
