The Grantee has held a public hearing to review program performance. <br />C. The Grantee has submitted the Contract Closeout Report. Failure to submit a report will notprcclude COMMERCE from effecting closeout if it is deemed to be in the state's interest. Any <br />excess grant amount in the Grantee's posse$sion shall be returned in lhe event of failura to linish <br />or update lhe report. <br />D. Other responsibilities of lhe Grantee under lhis Grant and applicable laws and regulalions appear <br />to have been canied out satisfactorily or there is no further state interest in keeping this Grant open <br />for the purpose of securing performance. <br />20.
