Methodology <br />Narrative * <br />Application Questions: Part 5 <br />Please explain. <br />WindFall is date specific, and we will be promoting furlher in advance and further <br />away from Ellensburg, with more intensity. than in 2021. <br />Publication advertising will be refined. Our partnership with Sip NorthWest and <br />CiderCraft Magazines will begin earlier. and add print to their digital presence. <br />They will, at lhe conclusion of the publishing/financial cycle, provide the data which <br />will demonstrate their effectiveness (not available al time of grant application). <br />We will compile data from Cognito Forms and Square. We'll have that available <br />during presentations to CLTAC in November. <br />At the event in 201 9 we surveyed attendees but found that doing the survey at an <br />event where alcohol is imbibed...might not be the best method. We awarded <br />benefits for returned surveys. but they were still not well filled out.
