DocuSign Envelope lD: 6E398049-F9FB-4568-8844-67D824308E87 <br />AAXON Master Services and Purchasing Agreement <br />between Axon and Agency (Online) <br />Add-on Services Appendix <br />This Appendix applies to Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, and Axon <br />Performance. <br />1 $ubscrigtlon Term. lf Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction <br />Assistant, or Axon Performance as part of OSP 7, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) <br />start date of the OSP 7 Term, or (2) date Axon provisions Aion Citizen for Communities, Axbri <br />Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Agency. <br />lf Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon <br />Performance as a standalone, the subscription begins the later of the (1) date Axon provisions <br />Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Perfoimance to Agency, or (2) <br />first day of the month following the Effective Date. <br />The subscription term will end upon the completion of the Axon Evidence Subscription associated <br />with the add-on. <br />2 Axon Citizen Storaqe. For Axon Citizen, Agency may store an unlimited amount of data submifted <br />through the public portal ('Portal Content"), wiihin Agency's Axon Evidence inslance.
