This <br />will be achieved by audits of the drop boxes by county employees. Conducting an audit at the beginning of the project <br />will allow the RECIPIENT to gather baseline data and target community education and outreach , and progress can be <br />measured after the second audit to determine success of those campaigns. <br />Overall Goal: <br />The goal of the Waste Reduction Recycling and Education grant program is to help the public with litter control , waste <br />reduction, recycling, and composting. <br />Template Version 12/10/2020
