BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2022 - <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2022 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 1, 2022, to <br />furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2022; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office, and four (4) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Arrow <br />Construction Supply for Schedule "A" and Special Asphalt Products for Schedule <br />"B" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2022 Crack Sealant Materials to Arrow <br />Construction Supply for Schedule "A" and Special Asphalt Products for Schedule `B", be <br />accepted, upon such terms and conditions as specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign the <br />contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />DATED this 1 st day of March 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
