Federal Emergency Management Agency: <br />Service supporting non-congregate sheltering must meet the requirements of the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and shall not extend beyond a 30 - <br />day duration per the Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (Chapter 2: VI.B.lO.b <br />Sheltering). The County will be responsible for seeking necessary FEMA authorization <br />and non-congregate sheltering extensions as required by law. <br />
