02/15/2022 MINUTES 8 <br /> <br /> <br />At 11:32 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes with Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director; Patti Stacey, <br />Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager, to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to <br />agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the <br />agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity <br />is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:37 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. The Board <br />provided direction to Staff to how to proceed with assisting the <br />property owners within the Shady Brook Mobile Home Park.
