CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS RESOLUTION 2022-042 OPPOSITION LOCAL INCOME TAX COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-042, In the <br />Matter of Opposition to Imposition of Local Income Tax. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:41 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Clay Myers, Sheriff; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; and Kristine Foreman, Human Resource Director; to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to <br />agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the <br />agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity <br />is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:51 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
