Nomaterial, labor, or facilities will be fumished by the County, unless otherwise provided for in the Agreement. 2. Performance of Wgrk: Contractor shalt perform work in accordance with, and shall comply with, all of the provisions of this Agreement. Allwork shall comptywith applicablecodesand ordinances. 3. Sqhedule of Performance: Unless directed otherurise bythe County, Contractorshallperform the work in accordance with any sch edules made a partof this Agreernent, 4. Definitions: 4.1 4.2 4.3 'Addifional lnzureds'means the County, its successors, and assigns,and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the Countyand itssuccessors and assigns. "support'meansthefollowing:Contractor'sdirectors,officers, ernployees, age n ts an d represe ntatives; an d sub-Co ntractors of any tier; th e re s p e cti ve directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of these sub- Contractors of any tier; and any other person or entity acting under the direction Or control of, or on behalf of, Contractor or any Contractofs sub- Contractors of an y tier i n connection with o r i n cid ent to th e p e rf o rm a n ce of th e Work or this Agreement. The "Work" means all of the duties listed in ExhibitA and the performance of al I other obl igatiorrs, u nder th i s Agreeme nt by Con tractor o r its Su pport. 5. Acc:o u.r.rting?n d Payment for Con tracto r S e ryices : Payment to the Gontractor for services rendered under this Agreement shall be as set forth in Exhibit"B". Where Exhibit"B" requires payments bythe County, paymentshatlbe based upon billings, supported unlessotherwiseprovided in Exhibit"B", bYdocumentation of unitsof workactuallyperformed andamountseamed,includingwhereappropriate, the actualnurnberof daysworked each month,totalnumberof hoursforthe month, and the total dollar payment requested. Unless specifically stated in Exhibit ''8" or approved in writing in advance by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, the County will not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the Contractor in performance of this Agreement. Where required, the Countyshall, upon receiptof appropriate documentation, compensate the Contractor, no more often than monthly, through the Countyvoucher system, for the Contractor's service pursuantto the fee sch edule setforth in Exhibit "8"- 6.Assionmentand Sub cnntractino: P rof essio nal Se rvi ces A greeme nt (rev .
