Noexamination ortlre resu lts th ereof may be fu rth er dissernin ated or u sed for an y pu rpose oth er th an as allowed by RCW 43.101 .095 or WAC 139-07-030. All materials related to the examination and its results shall be secured in a mannerconsistentwith WAC 139-07-030(1Xd) and any other applicable state and federalstatutes and regulations, includlng the means of providing such resutts or materiats to the Kittitas county Sheriff's ffilce.The contractor is solely responsible for irnplementation of such safeguards and foranybreach orviolation thereof. a Wanant that he or she is familiarwith and in compliance with the standards referenced above and incorporated herein byreference. The services stated above will be conducted atthe Contractor's place of business.
