\lr. :v!v \.slv!'vrr <br />HOMELESS HOUSING PROGRAM <br />GRANT AGREEMENT <br />This Homeless tlousing Program Grant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into <br />between KIT'IITAS COIINTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (the <br />"County"), and HOPESOURCE, a Washington non-profit corporation ("Recipient;) lor the <br />Addison Program, <br />ARTICLE I - PURPOSE AND TERM <br />Scction l.l lurp0ggj The purpose of this Agreement is to distribute homeless housing <br />surcharge funds awarded pursuant to the applicable provisions of RCW 36.22.17()-1791. <br />Scction 1.2 Term: 'fhis Agreement shall take effect May 15, 202A and terminate on <br />Decembcr 3l*t, 2020, <br />ARTICLE II -- GRANT AMOUNT, USE AND BUDGET <br />Section 2.1 (i{AnL Amauni: The Recipient is awarded a total of up to three hundred thirty <br />two thousand, eight hundred and sixteen dollars ($332,816.00) (the. "Grant Award") to be <br />administered as follows as Grant Award HH-2020 - 002- Hopesource-clp, <br />Section 2.2 t-Jsc 9f'Crant.'l'he Recipient shall use the Grant Award solely for thc purposes <br />and in the manner described in Exhibit A - Attached Application, which is incorporated by <br />this reference. Adjustments to Proposed Project Timclineiinay be requested of the Committee <br />in writing and the Committee may recommend adjustments to the Board of, Kittitas County <br />Commissioners. 'fhese recommendations may be granted or denied at the discretion of the <br />Board of Kittitas County Commissioners. <br />Section 2.3 lluciaeL 'the Grant Award shall be expended by the Rccipient as set forth inExhibit A. Adjustments to Proposed Project Budgets may be requested of the Committee inwtiting and the Committec may recommend adjustmenis to ths Board of Kittitas County <br />Commissioners. These recommendations may be granted or denied at the discretion o f the <br />Board of Kittitas County Commissioners. These recommendations may be granted or denicd <br />at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ARTICLE III - DISBURSEMENTS <br />Section 3.1 Drsbursement.qlGrant Award Funds. Not more frequently than once a month, <br />the Rccipient may request disbursement from the Grant Award. Each disbursement request <br />must be made by the Recipient submitting to the County at the address specitied in Section 5.2a properly complcted Reimbursement Request form.
