Hopesource has <br />purchased a lot in the Clty of Ellensburg for S160,000, we have conditional funds awarded to <br />us by the City of Ellensburg contingent on these funds rounding out the project. Total <br />development of the project will be 5825,352 with construction and soft costs totaling <br />Sges,362. The ask for the county will be half of construction costs, the other half supported <br />by the city. HopeSource will retain the debt on the purchase of the land. City and County <br />investment will be approximately S 133,000/un it. <br />l3
