Based on informationwe'vegatheredfromsurveyingthispopulation,about30-40%of thosewhostayovernightrentexpensivevacationhomesinsuncadia,RoslynRidgeandelsewherelocally.wedetermined from a local vacation rental agentthe average house rental priceand # bedrooms; we assume2 people per bedroom which results in S61.50/night/personforaccommodationsplusotherdailyexpensesweestimateatS50,foracombinedassumptionof S1l2/person.This'assumptionwasapplied to4o%of thisuniquesegment of overnight show attendees from 2ot4-2olg,and3o%for 2o2! (versus the 551/dayassumption for "other" overnight provided by the Dean Runyan Report).
