She stated <br />that last sessions Engrossed Second Substitute House Bill 1152 requires <br />that local Board of Health be comprised of equal parts community <br />representatives and elected officials. She stated that the current <br />composition of the Board of Health does not satisfy the requirements of <br />E2SHB 1152. She stated that a Public Notice was done to recruit members <br />and a Special Purpose Committee (SPC) was formed to interview and make a <br />recommendation to the Board of County Commissioner’s. She stated that <br />one of the members of the Special Purpose Committee was here to answer <br />questions if the Board had any.
