01/31/2022 MINUTES 2 <br />At 9:19 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 9:19 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:29 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-026 WAIVE FEES MCELROY ROAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-026, <br />Authorizing the Waiver to Kittitas County Permit Fees to Install a <br />Temporary McElroy Road Bridge. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER CONSERVATION DISTRICT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on a Letter regarding Modification to Interlocal Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District and Kittitas County <br />Conservation District, noting the extension is thru June. <br /> <br />FORM OSHA 300 A HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved approve and authorize Chair signature on <br />the 2021 OSHA 300A form as presented. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE PHIL BACKLUND COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Phil Backlund Consultant followed up with the Board on their ten, <br />three and one year goals. <br /> <br />UPDATE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Carly Brettmann, Communications Director provided updates and <br />received recommendations from the Board on what they felt was a <br />priority focus for her. The Board discussed Facebook posts for the <br />week they wanted to be published. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br />
