I J <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />• Conduct psychological evaluations including related interviews of applicants for <br />employment or reserve service upon request by the Kittitas County Sheriffs <br />Office. <br />• Prepare and convey reports of those psychological findings and applicant <br />evaluations tothe Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />• These evaluations shall be conducted in compliance with, and as mandated by, <br />the provisions of RCW 43.101.095(2)(a)(ii), and WAC 139-07-030, and any <br />provision now inexistence or enacted during the period of this Professional <br />Services Agreement, including any extension thereof_ Noexamination orthe <br />results thereof maybe fu rth erdissemi nated or used for any purpose other than <br />as allowed by RCW 43.101.095 or WAC 139-07-030. All materials related to the <br />examination and its results shall be secured in a man n er consistent with WAC <br />139-07-030(1)(d) and any other applicable state and federal statutes and <br />regulations, including the means of providing such results or materials to the <br />Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.The contractor is solely responsible for <br />implementation of such safeguards and foranybreach orviolaUon thereof. <br />• Warrant that he or she is familiarwith and in compliance with the standards <br />referenced above and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The services stated above will be conducted atthe Contractor's place of business.
