Case Narrative <br />Client: GeoEngineers Inc TestAmerica Job ID: 590-5133-1 <br />Project/Site: Kittitas County Shop 0504-119-00 <br />Job ID: 590-5133-1 <br />Laboratory: TestAmerica Spokane <br />Narrative <br />Receipt <br />The samples were received on 12/5/2016 11:55 AM; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and, where required, on <br />ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 3.8º C. <br />Receipt Exceptions <br />The following sample was collected in an improper container: Site-3: B-7 (6-6.25) (590-5133-22) and Site-3 : B-6 (8-8.25) (590-5133-23). <br />VOC was collected as dirt in jar. Samples were not collected according to 5035A specifications. <br />GC/MS VOA <br />Method 8260C: The following samples were diluted due to the nature of the sample matrix: Site-3:B-1 (4.5-4.75) (590-5133-2), <br />(590-5128-A-1-A) and (590-5128-A-1-A DU). Elevated reporting limits (RLs) are provided. <br />Method 8260C: The following samples were received outside of holding time without methanol preservation: Site-3: B-7 (6-6.25) <br />(590-5133-22) and Site-3 : B-6 (8-8.25) (590-5133-23). <br />Method 8260C: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 590-9939 recovered above the upper control limit for <br />1,1,1-Trichloroethane and Carbon tetrachloride. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes; <br />therefore, the data have been reported. The following samples are impacted: Site-3:B-1:120216 (590-5133-4), Site-3:B-2 :120216 <br />(590-5133-8), Site-3 :B-3:120216 (590-5133-12) and Site-3: B-5 :120216 (590-5133-18). <br />No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. <br />GC Semi VOA <br />Method NWTPH-Dx: The %RPD of the laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control standard duplicate (LCSD) for preparation <br />batch 590-9914 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: Diesel Range Organics (DRO) (C10-C25).
