HopeSource has <br />purchased a lot in the City of Ellensburg for $t60,000, we have conditional funds awarded to <br />us by the City of Ellensburg contingent on these funds rounding out the project. Total <br />development of the project will be 5825,3e2 with construction and soft costs totaling <br />$655,362. The ask for the county will be half of construction costs, the other half support.A <br />by the city. HopeSource will retain the debt on the purchase of the land. City and County <br />investment will be approximate lv 5 139,000/unit. <br />13
