Each person signing this Agreement on behalf of a party <br />warrants that he or she has full authority to sign this Agreement on that party's behalf. <br />Section 10.13 Counterparts. This Agrecment may be executed in counterparts, each of which <br />shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall be deemed one agreement.
