Their canrp T-shirts allowed thefi lo attend the festival for free and their <br />families were also ailowed to prjrchase festival trckels a l:all price. <br />4. RODEO BOARD. HOTEL WINDROW. We were in discussicrrs tnis year about offering cjiscounletJ <br />tickets to pairons of lhe hotel: but this became mute issue when lve decided to go <br />with a non-ticketed ifree) event. <br />11.
