Additional Information Thank you so much for reading WSSSM's application for the 2OZ2 Kittitas County <br />Lodging Tax Grant, We recognize that this is a lengthy process for committee <br />members, and we appreciate your time and energy to consider our application. <br />WSSSM worked hard h2021 to be good stewards of the Lodging Tax Funds. By <br />partnering with Craters of ihe Moon, our advertising was done creatively and <br />professronally AND ai minimal costl Megan Smiley of Sunny & Smiley is a sought <br />afier media buyer who we are lucky enough to have on our team at no cost. Not oniy <br />is Megan giving us the best advice, but she is also getting WSSSM great pricing. <br />As the Marketing Director for the museum, l, Kathy McDonald. bring more than 25 <br />years of marketing expefitse to our organization. I look forward to padnering with <br />others in the county to raise awareness and create tourism events and opportuniiies <br />for both WSSSM and others in the county. I have gotten much more invoived in <br />CAMAH this year and am having fun creaiing a brand new website. <br />As WSSSM enters its 7th year of operation in 2022. we are super excitecl aboirt 3 <br />things <br />1. NEWSnowboarding Exhibit and Filrn Aftera Covid siall. the Snowboarcl exhibit <br />and fihr is on rts way to being done- We are excited forthe events and promotion <br />around this new exhibit. <br />2. ln Person Events; As Covid permiis. we are looking folward to offering both in <br />person and hybrid/zoom events on a wide range of topics. We have a number of <br />folks lined up for this fall and winter! <br />3. OTT/Television Advertising: Nothing showcases our musellm like video can. <br />Should we be awarded Lodging Tax Grant Funds, we are especially interested in <br />OTT/Streamed Media and Televjsion Advedising. <br />We are grateful to have been awarded a grant in 2A21 and hope to earn your trust <br />again in 2022.We knowthatthe museum is untque in being one of the onlyfacilities <br />to provide cuiture and tourism drawing events in the Norlhenr pad of the County. <br />We hope that you enjoy our video presentatron. and we look forward to rneeting with <br />you and answering your questions. <br />Thank you. <br />Kathy McDonald WSSSM Marketing Director <br />Dave Moffett.
