We have not applied for additional fundirrg sources outside of this grant. We are not aware of other resources at this time that we are eligible for or are specific to events. We are usually not eligible for applied funding due to our local municipality status. Large concert events have high fixed costs in orderto hold them successfully and safely, so ihose costs cannot be easily adjusted or negotiated. Therefore. we are left to work with the more flexible costs when ordering advertising or booking an a{ist. You must submit a budget which specifically per4ains to the projectlevent for which you are requesting funding and adheres to the basic budget format shown below. The budget rnust include anticipaied revenues, expenditures and any potential profii or loss. For projects/events which are ongoing for more lhan one (1) year, please also submit actuals from the previous three (3) years of operations {need not be consecutive) for the projectiproposal if applicable. For any claimed in-kind contributions valued at $500 or more and related to marketing/advertising, you must submit verifying documentation which assures the contribution will be provided. For instance. if you are claiming in- kind coniributions in the form of adverlising match, a binding contract itemizing the matching value and obligating each pafty must be provided.
