Criteria for Determinine Prisoner Status For the purposes of this agrcelnent: A' Whatcom Prisoners being booked into the Kinitas County Jail shall remain the responsibility of the Whatcom County Transport Deputies and shnll not be deemed an innrate of that facility until the Whatcom county prisoner is accepted by KCJ Corrections staff at the time of booking.
