In suspected bioterrorism situations, a law enforcement agency may transport the specimen <br />directly to the laboratory site. <br />F. Staff will utilize emergency contact number list for laboratory 24/7 coverage, which is <br />located in the Emergency Communication Plan annex. Should contact be unavailable via phone <br />or email, staff will utilize alternate means of communication including SAT Phone or partner <br />agencies for assistance such as Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office or ARES/RACES HAM radio <br />operators. <br /> <br />
