Professional Services Agreement
Page 13
EXHIBIT "A"

SCOPE OF WORK
Identify and solidify commercial aerospace investment growth strategies.

Project scope –

Define and develop economic growth plan focused on commercial aerospace investment
and development with the Kittitas County Airport. Aerontii will conduct necessary
market research and engage with potential aerospace organizations to provide insight
and identify paths forward for the following initial concepts –

1.) Aviation Trade School Campus

• Commercial aviation market has high demand for licensed Airframe and
Powerplant technicians
• Airlines and repair stations are looking for qualified manpower solutions and are
working to identify talent pipelines
• Will identify market requirements and viability for creation of A&P campus
at Bowers Field

2.) Developing ‘airport of the future’ model

• Position Bowers Field as an ideal buildout location for organizations focused on
delivering emerging technologies to the commercial aerospace market.
• Initial vision is soliciting an investment approach with synergistic
organizations who provide various aerospace and airport related products,
from manufacturers of airplanes and parts to ground support equipment and
infrastructure providers.
• Bowers Field’s current available greenspace and proximity to Seattle offers
a cost-effective location for organizations developing solutions focused on
sustainability.
• Initial targeted airport partner is an all-electric airplane
manufacturer with current operations in Washington State and a sister
company that manufactures the electric
motors used on Electric aircraft. They will be approached concurrently.

Project deliverables –

Aviation Trade School Campus – Conduct market research to include projected student
certification costs, demand requirements, current industry efforts as well as potential
industry participation.
