JANUARY 18, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Mark <br />Cook, Public Works Director; Kristine Foreman, Human Resources Director; <br />Karey Conner, Fiscal Tech III; Josh Fredrickson, Engineer; Dan Carlson, <br />CDS Director; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; Darren Higashiyama, Chief <br />Deputy; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and 3 members of the public. <br /> <br />Per Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq., the public was <br />encouraged to join the meeting virtually or in person. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br />Chairman Osiadacz led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS – NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br />Chairman Osiadacz thanked the Public Works Department employees who have <br />been working hard with the county-wide snow removal. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wright moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
