The County shallprovide a billing statement each quarter in accordancewith section IX (A). <br />F' Unpaid balances over 60 days in anears may result in cancellation of access to the Jail forbooking of non-felony prisoners. <br />G' Upon cancellation of this agreement, the City would be responsible for making its ownarrangements for the_booking of all city misdemeanors, g-s, misdemeanor, in; courtcommitted prisoners. The City would be risponsibte for alf tiansportation, housing, medicaland supervision costs for such prisoners. <br />Termlnatlon <br />A' Termination for Material Breach.
