WHEREAS,Community Development Services staff recommended fees to the Board of <br />County Commissioners at the public hearing based on the consultant's fee <br />models for full cost recovery to provide the building and planning services; and <br />WHEREAS, No public testimony was received at the January 4,2Q22 public hearing <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED AND lT lS HEREBY ORDERED, that the following <br />fees are adopted for Community Development Services in Kittitas County: <br />1. Fees for Building Fixtures and Planning Services as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br />2. The August2021 Building Valuation Data table of the lnternational Building Safety <br />Journal for the purposes of calculating fees for new construction. <br />3. A multiplier for building permits for new construction of .0074. <br />4.
