Multi-story self-service storage facilities shall provide two loading spaces, and single-story <br />facilities one loading space, adjacent to each building entrance that provides common access to <br />interior storage units. Each loading berth shall measure not less than 25 feet by 12 feet with an <br />unobstructed vertical clearance of 14 feet six inches, and shall be surfaced, improved and <br />maintained as required by this chapter. Any floor area additions or structural alterations to <br />a building shall be required to provide loading space or spaces as set forth in this chapter.
