Exhibit C-1, Page 6 <br /> <br />15.130.190 S definitions. <br />Senior citizen assisted housing” means housing in a building consisting of two or more dwelling <br />units restricted to occupancy by at least one occupant 62 years of age or older per unit, and must <br />include at least two of the following support services: <br />1. Common dining facilities or food preparation service; <br />2. Group activity areas separate from dining facilities; <br />3. A vehicle exclusively dedicated to providing transportation services to housing <br />occupants; <br />4. Have a boarding home (assisting living) license from Washington State Department of <br />Social and Health Services. <br />15.130.200 T definitions. <br />“Tow vehicle storage area” means the approved yard and buildings where stored vehicles are <br />kept. The storage areas and fencing must comply with the requirements established by the <br />Washington State Department of Licensing, Washington State Patrol, and all local zoning rules <br />and regulations. All tow vehicle storage areas must be physically located within the tow zone <br />assigned to the operator. <br /> <br />15.130.210 U definitions. <br />“Utility facility” means any privately, publicly, or cooperatively owned line, facility, or system <br />for producing, transmitting, or distributing communications, power, electricity, light, heat, gas, <br />oil, crude products, water, steam, waste, stormwater not connected with highway drainage, or <br />any other similar commodity, including any fire or police signal system or street lighting system, <br />which directly or indirectly serves the public. For commercial wireless communication support <br />towers, antenna arrays, and facilities, see ECC 15.340.070 for applicable standards and <br />procedures. <br /> <br />15.130.230 W definitions. <br />“Wrecking yard, vehicle” means any area, lot, land, parcel, building, structure, or part thereof <br />where buying, selling, or dealing in vehicles of a type required to be registered under <br />Washington State law, for the purpose of wrecking, dismantling, disassembling, or substantially <br />changing the form of a vehicle, or buying or selling integral secondhand parts, in whole or in part <br />is taking place.
