This Annual Operating Plan is made <br />and agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the estimated period beginning January <br />1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022. <br />Previous Year Carry-over: $7,700.00 <br />Current 2022 Year Obligation: $8,407.40 <br />Estimated CY2022 Annual Operating Plan: $16,107.40* <br />(*Previous year carry-over fimds reflect available funds as of December 03.202 1. If there are any outstanding or unpaid <br />invoices, this amount and total amount may not be accurate. It is the responsibility of the Cooperator to know the correct <br />amount of previous year carry-over and total funds available.
