Volunteer schedule for lnduction Banquet <br />Number of volunteers included the Board and a few others each time we had 14 people <br />volunteering directly for this event. Leading up to the event we had a committee of 6 Board <br />members to coordinate and plan the event. They met weekly for about 4 weeks and each <br />had other duties they did between meetings to get equipment, dinner, site prep etc. <br />completed. Our board completes a volunteer log for the hours they work on ERHOF related <br />activities and a sample one has been provided. <br />Timeline for the upcoming week is as follows: <br />* Friday (10 AM - 2 PM) will be table & chairs unloading and set-up. <br />* Saturdoy (10 AM - 2PM) will be final set-up including decorating the tables, setting up the <br />stage, instolling bonner, setting up the ort <br />* Soturday (4 PM) will be the final organization and set-up. <br />* Saturday (5 PM) the event begins. Please weor your Blue ERHOF shirt for the event. <br />* Sunday (Noon - 2 PM) will be takedown ond loading of tables/chairs back into the trailer <br />*Monday finol pick up of items such os Porto Potty's ond Rodeo tobtes/chairs. 9 AM <br />Parking will be to the right as you enter Spirit. We ore looking for o few people to help <br />direct parking - please let me know if you are able fo osslsf. <br />This schedule represents approximately 15 hours tor L4 people directly related to the event, <br />210 hours. Attached is a log of one of the coordinators for her time leading up and through <br />the event.
