While we recognize that some local attendees will
purchase tickets on behalf of out-of-town family and friends, this report allows us to
get a much more accurate idea of the number of attendees coming from cities that
are 50+ miles away.
We will supplement this information with an audience survey form inserted into each
playbill and collected at performances. This survey will ask questions to help us
better track where attendees are from and whether or not they stayed in a motel or
with friends/family.
Offering a contest/prizes for returned surveys
Ticket information
Google and website Analytics and Tracking
Social Media Campaigns and Ads
Coordinate with local restauranis, shops or hotels to set up specials
2500 characler lintil
8l Funding
Does your organization have, or have you applied for, grant funding from other sources? lf not. why not? lf yes, please list
the funding you have for the project, including any volunteer and in-kihd sources in Question 9l Project Budget
Overview.
Funding sources and amounts which have not yet been secured will be listed separately, in the field(s) directly below.
Finally. what changes would occur if the project couldn't be funded?
Other Funding*Does yout orgatization have. or have you applied for htnding from othef sourcesz
c,YeS .:N0
Funding for which you have applied but not yet secured
Funding Source
Business Sponsorship - Costumes
Business Sponsorship - Performance Night
Business Sponsorship - Premier sponsor
Amount
$ 1,000.00
$ 2,000.00
$ 5,000.00
