FEMA approved budget in the first Federal Financial Report (SF -425) you submit following any budget deviation, regardless of <br />whether the budget deviation requires prior written approval. <br />Article XLIV - Amended Summary Description of Award for Operation Stonegarden Allocation <br />The following reallocation of Operation Stonegarden (OPSG) funds is based on a request from the recipient reviewed and <br />approved by FEMA In its request, the recipient confirmed that its requested reallocations and subaward changes comply <br />with the terms of this grant award, including 2 C.F.R. 200.339. The amended OPSG allocations are as follows: ClaflarR <br />$400,000; Colville Tribe, $0; Ferry, $200,000; Island, $289,170.83; Jefferson, $0; Nooksack, $170,000; Okanogan, $400.000; <br />Pend Oreille, $150,000; San Juan, $160,000; Skagit, $10,829.17; Spokane, $150,000; Stevens, $150,ODD; Swinomish Tribe, <br />$90,000; Whatcom, $410,000.
