CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:33 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into an <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Patti Stacey, Solid Waste <br />Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; and Doug Mitchell, Deputy Prosecutor, to consider the <br />minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing <br />public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:43 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
