01/03/2022 MINUTES 3 <br />Commissioner Osiadacz asked that the letter from 11/22/2021 <br />regarding the explanation of the benefits shift for 2022 go out <br />ASAP. Commissioner Wright agreed that in needed to be sent out. <br /> <br />The Board discussed that they would like to see a shift in Mr. <br />Backlunds focus to the County Management Team with one meeting a <br />month with the Board.
