Virtual: Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director; Clay <br />Myers, Sheriff; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Jerry Pettit, County <br />Auditor; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director; <br />Kady Porterfield, KVEC Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There was no correspondence log for review. <br /> <br />UPDATE BLOOM PAVILION PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director and Patti Stacey, Solid <br />Waste Director/Maintenance Director updated the Board on the cost <br />changes that are taking place with the Bloom Pavilion Addition <br />Project. The Board directed Staff to see if there were funds in REET <br />1 since it’s a capital project or if there is federal funds for it. <br />They also stated that they would like to get the wash rack done if <br />possible since they are looking at an Amendment already. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Carly Brettman, Communications Director requested the Board consider <br />a General Facebook page for the County so that not all information <br />was going out from the BoCC and instead a General page. She stated <br />that there are some topics where it could be beneficial to have them
