The Grantee has submitted the Contract Closeout Report. Failure to submit a report will not <br />preclude COMMERCE from effecting closeout if it is deemed to be in the state's interest. Any <br />excess grant amount in the Grantee’s possession shall be returned in the event of failure to finish <br />or update the report. <br />D. Other responsibilities of the Grantee under this Grant and applicable laws and regulations appear <br />to have been carried out satisfactorily or there is no further state interest in keeping this Grant open <br />for the purpose of securing performance. <br />20.
