Collaborate with Tribes to ensure Tribal entitieswith appropriate public health authority haveread/write access to WDRS and CREST toensure that all COVID lab results from theirjurisdictions are entered in WDRS or sharedwith the LHJ or DOH for entry.d. Tribal Support. Ensure alignment of contacttracing and support for patients and family bycoordinating with local tribes if a patient identifiedas American Indian/Alaska Native and/or amember of a WA tribe.e.Support Infection Prevention and contol for high-risk populationsi. Congregate care facilities: In collaborationwith the state licensing agency (DSHS),support infection prevention assessments,testing. Infection control and isolation andquarantine protocols in congregate carefacilities.iii. High risk businesses or community-basedoperations. In collaboration with statelicensing agencies and Labor and Industries,parbrer with food processing andmanufacturing businesses to ensure adequatepractices to prevent COVID-I9 exposure,conduct testing and respond to outbreaks.iv. Healthcare: Support infection prevention andcontrol assessments, testing, cohorting, andisolation procedwes.
