KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022. <br />A Resolution authorizing the closure <br />of <br />Fund #504 Dental Trust as of December 31,2021 <br />WIIEREAS, on December 2lst, 2017, per Resolution 2017-205, the Board of County <br />Commissioners established Fund 504, Dental Self Insurance Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the fund was created to self-insure one of the offered dental plans; Guardian <br />dental program, and <br />WHEREAS' fund was created with funds from the General Fund in the amount of $18,432 to <br />establish the reserve within the fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the Guardian dental plan is no longer an offered plan and the Trust fund is <br />no longer needed. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, effective December 3I,\AZ|, the fund is closed and <br />the balance in the amount of $352.67 was transferred fiom the fund 504 Dental Self lnsurance Program to <br />the General Fund, per Auditor's transfer TT-2I0-21. <br />APPROVED, this 4ft day of January 2022. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISilON-ERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Vice Chairman <br />ATTEST <br />Commissioner <br />Clerk of the Board
