12/21/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />RESOLUTION 2021-194 & 2021-195 LEASES H-15B & H-43 AIRPORT <br /> VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-194, <br />Authorizing a Lease with Fred Benson for Lot H-43 at Bowers Field <br />and Resolution No. 2021-195, Authorizing a Lease with Linda and Mark <br />Merrill for Lot H-15B at Bowers Field. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING T-HANGARS – BOWERS FIELD AIRPORT <br />At 2:06 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Aeronautical Leases for County Owned T-Hangars. <br /> KEN GRANNAN, AIRPORT DIRECTOR said the Leases were not available and <br />requested that the Board closed the Public Hearing and remand it <br />back to Staff. <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was closed, and no action was taken. <br /> MR. GRANNAN indicated there were 2 additional Public Hearings <br />previously scheduled for this date but had not been listed on the <br />Agenda and recommended the Board close them with not action. One was <br />for consideration of the Minimum Standards, Rules, and Regulations; <br />and a Lease for Airport property with Tarp-It.
