Licenses: <br />Purchaser shall be responsible for acquiring and paying for all licenses, permits and authorizations required to be obtained for this performance and <br />any permitted exploitation thereof, including without limitation, anyand all union, guild, music publisher, record comparry, performing rights societyand public <br />authority permissions, consents and licenses.
