No portion of this PERFORMANCE may be broadcast, <br />recorded, filmed, taped, or emhodied in any form, for any purpose, without the prior written consent of <br />ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S manager. PURCHASER will deny entrance to any person carrying any <br />audio and/or video recorder. STILL NON-PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS <br />C.) MERCHANDISE/SALES AND FAN CLUB: PERMITTED BY AUDIENCE <br />1.) ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representative shall have the sod and ive right, though not the <br />obligations, to sell ARTIST'S products. PURCHASER further agrees and warrants that there shall be <br />no sales or other distribution of recordings and/or other souvenir materials/products other than by <br />ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representative at the PERFORMANCE without the prior written consent of <br />ARTIST'S manager. �E'E ADDENDUM # __�&_ <br />2.) PURCHASER agrees to provide adequate space for ARTIST'S representative to vend ARTIST'S <br />products and enroll fans into ARTIST'S fan club. ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representative, at <br />ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representative's sole discretion, will determine location of ARTIST'S <br />vending and fan club enrollment area. PURCHASER will provide ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S <br />representatives with four (4) eight -foot (8') long heavy-duty tables and tent or coverage for the use <br />in displaying and selling ARTIST'S products and enrolling ARTIST'S fans into fan club. 110v <br />electrical power is needed wherever ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representative determines location to <br />be. <br />3.)
