PURCHASER and/or PURCHASER'S representative agree that any changes regarding stage call times, <br />personnel of production requirements (ours or other parties') will be subject to approval by ARTIST or <br />ARTIST'S representative. <br />C.) PURCHASER and/or PURCHASER'S representative must be present from first call time of the day <br />until completion of load -out. <br />D.) Please forward any and all information contained within to the appropriate parties concerned (staging, <br />sound, catering, etc.). <br />F.) BASIC PRODUCTION NOTES <br />TRANSPORTATION/PARKING: <br />1.) PURCHASER will ensure that ARTIST'S bus and any other vehicles used by ARTIST for <br />transportation to venue will have clear access to and from PERFORMANCE venue. This will <br />include payment of any towing costs incurred as a result of PURCHASER'S failure to comply with <br />the terms of this paragraph. <br />2.) Parking should be provided as close to dressing room and/or loading dock as possible and should be <br />able to accommodate parking for one (1) tour bus at 45' long by 8' wide, pulling behind a 15' long <br />trailer. If parking is available only on the street, space for bus and trailer MUST be blocked off <br />prior to arrival. Please allocate seventy-five feet (75') of length for tour bus to ensure trailer door <br />can be opened and gear can be properly off-loaded. <br />3.) All parking areas will have dry, clear passage to and from both the stage and/or dressing room <br />areas. <br />4.) One (1) 120 volt, 50 amp, single phase electrical services is needed for bus shore power. Standard <br />5 -pin NEMA 14-50r connection. This service must both be located within seventy-five feet (75') of <br />the bus parking area so that EC Touring bus driver can use his or her own cable to reach. An <br />experienced electrician, familiar with the venue and power service, must be present when this shore <br />power is connected and metered. <br />B.) DRESSING ROOMS: PER ADVANCE <br />1.) Two (2) clean, well -lit, lockable dressing rooms are required. These dressing rooms should have a <br />restroom as well as shower facilities (mirrors, hot water, soap, and 24 bath towels). Dressing rooms <br />should be heated or air-conditioned in order to maintain a temperature between 65 and 75 degrees <br />EASTON CORBIN RIDER 6 <br />Revised 08 April, 2020 <br />
