Nothing herein contained shall be construed as to constitute the parties hereto as a partnership <br />or joint venture, or that the ARTIST shall be liable in whole or in part for any obligation that may be <br />incurred by PURCHASER on PURCHASER'S carrying out, or failing to carry out, any provisions <br />hereof or otherwise. The person executing this agreement on PURCHASER'S behalf warrants his <br />authority to do so. <br />F.) CHANGE OF LAW FORUM: In the event of any default, dispute, or breach of this agreement <br />requiring court action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, <br />expensed and court costs. The parties hereto consent to venue in Davidson County, State of Tennessee, <br />in any such court action. E ADDENDUM <br />G.) MISCELLANEOUS: PURCHASER shall secure and continually maintain comprehensive general <br />liability insurance, including promoter liability coverage (with a financially responsible insurance <br />company having a current A.M.
