C.) PUBLICITY: PURCHASER will use only publicity material provided by ARTIST and/or <br />ARTIST'S representative and further agrees that all advertising and publicity is subject to ARTIST <br />and/or ARTIST'S manager's approval, prior to release. If any assistance is needed with this material, <br />please contact ARTIST'S publicist. <br />D.) INTERVIEWS AND APPEARANCES: ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S publicist reserves the <br />right of approval, in writing, of any and all radio, television, newspaper, and/or magazine interviews <br />made in conjunction with PERFORMANCE. PURCHASER further agrees not to commit EASTON <br />CORBIN to any personal appearances, interviews, photos, meet and greets, or any other type of <br />promotional appearances without prior written consent of ARTIST'S publicist. <br />III. ADMISSIONS TO PERFORMANCE <br />A.) ADMISSIONS: Admission for PERFORMANCE hereunder shall not be restricted due to race, <br />religion, color, creed, of the elements thereof. <br />B.) COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS: PURCHASER shall provide twenty-five (25) <br />complimentary tickets and/or cover charges, if applicable, per show segment of PERFORMANCE. <br />These seats shall be located in the center of the house within the first twenty (20) rows. Any unused <br />tickets will be returned and may be placed on sale the day of PERFORMANCE, <br />IV. OPENING ACTS <br />A.) The appearance of another act or acts on the same bill as ARTIST shall be subject to ARTIST and/or <br />ARTIST'S manager approval. Length of said act's(s) set shall be predetermined to allow for adequate <br />time to rearrange the stage between performances and still allow ARTIST to perform entire show at <br />designated time. <br />B.) PURCHASER shall indemnify and hold ARTIST harmless from any and all liability for damage to any <br />and all equipment owned by, placed on the stage by, or used by any other acts. <br />C.) ARTIST shall, in ARTIST'S sole discretion, determine whether any opening act(s) shall use any of <br />ARTIST'S equipment. <br />UNLESS SUCH IS DIRECTLY DUE TO <br />NEGLIGENCE OF ACT OR ACT'S <br />AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. <br />V. SPONSORSHIP <br />All forms of sponsorship, whether part of an ongoing series specifically for ARTIST' S <br />PERFORMANCE, must be authorized in writing by ARTIST'S manager prior' to•PERFORMANCE. <br />EXISTING SPONSORS <br />VI.
