12/20/2021 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />Reappointments of Roylene Crawford, Jerry Lael, Jodee Shenyer, <br />Andrea Blume, for a 3 year term to the Kittitas County Fair Board <br />effective 1/1/2022 and to expire 12/31/2024. <br /> <br />Reappointments of Dave Duncan, Bill Essman, and Marc Eylar the <br />Kittitas County Public Lands Advisory Committee for a 3 year term <br />effective 1/1/2022 and to expire on 12/31/2024. <br /> <br />Reappointment of Ryan Lyyski to the Kittitas County Flood Control <br />Zone District Board for a 2 year term effective 1/1/2022 and to <br />expire on 12/31/2023 <br /> <br />Reappointments of Matt Stalder, David Sturgell, & Bradley Esparza <br />for 2 year term to the Kittitas County Homelessness & Affordable <br />Housing Committee, effective 1/1/2022 and to expire on 12/31/2023. <br /> <br />Reappointment of Jackie Herum for a 2 year term (Citizen at Large) <br />to the Kittitas County Law & Justice Council, effective 1/1/2022 and <br />to expire on 12/31/2023. <br /> <br />Reappointments of Jessica Hutchinson & Ann Shaw for 3 year terms to <br />the Kittitas County Board of Equalization, effective 1/1/2022 and to <br />expire on 12/31/2024. <br /> <br />New Appointments of Carolyn Thurston and Teresa Francois for 3 year <br />terms to the Behavioral Health & Recovery Board, effective <br />immediately and to expire for Ms. Thurston on 12/31/2021 and Ms. <br />Francois on 12/31/2023 (both completing former member terms. <br /> <br />Reappointment of David Douglas to the Kittitas County Behavioral <br />Health & Recovery Board for a 3 year, effective 1/1/2022 and to <br />expire 12/31/2024. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:38 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session (with the <br />Board/Carly Brettmann/Julie Kjorsvik) for 15 minutes to evaluate the <br />qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review <br />the performance of a public employee. However, subject to RCW <br />42.30.140 (4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, <br />and other conditions of employment to be generally applied within <br />the agency shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a <br />governing body elects to take final action hiring, setting the <br />salary of an individual employee or class of employees, or <br />discharging or disciplining an employee, that action shall be taken <br />in a meeting open to the public. Possible action was anticipated.
