Amendment <br />2 <br />This Contract is amended as follows: <br />Attachment A Scope of Work is hereby revised as follows: <br />A.Program Description <br />1.Overview <br />a.Shelter program will serve all household types. <br />b.Shelter program will add 18 beds. <br />Shelter program will operate as continuous stay. <br />ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE <br />AND EFFECT.
