(c) Comparative statistics reflecting the services received by residents of <br />unincorporated Kittitas County to the total services provided by the <br />Library. <br /> <br />4. Amendments. Any amendment to this agreement shall be in writing and shall be <br />only as specifically authorized by the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Ellensburg City Council. <br /> <br />5. Duration of Agreement.
